In practice that means writing code, architecting APIs, provisioning AWS or Docker environments, and carrying the pager when something breaks. The same engineers who design a system are the ones who operate it.

Both, depending on what the project needs. We build custom WordPress themes and headless WordPress or Payload CMS implementations when a strong editorial workflow matters, and fully custom web applications when the requirement is beyond what a CMS should be doing. We don't force every project into the same stack; the architecture assessment in step one decides that.

Brova Cloud is our own managed hosting and operations layer: the environment where we deploy, monitor, patch and respond to incidents on the infrastructure we build. Projects we build are hosted there by default because it lets the engineers who wrote the code also operate it, but if you need to host on your own AWS account or existing infrastructure, we can architect for that instead.

A single hire gives you one person's skillset and no redundancy. Our IT department gives you architecture, front-end and back-end engineering, DevOps and infrastructure as a standing team, plus continuity if any one person is unavailable. It also plugs directly into Marketing and Commerce, so integrations with CRM, ERP or commerce platforms are native to how we build, not an afterthought.

No. Most of our IT engagements start with a systems audit that separates what's worth keeping from what's holding the platform back, then move through a staged MACH transformation (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) so the business keeps running while the architecture changes underneath it. A full rebuild is rarely the first or best move.

Once something is live, Brova Cloud covers hosting, security patching, monitoring and incident response as a managed operations service, and we recommend a maintenance retainer so updates and small fixes don't pile up into a bigger job later. Building it and running it are part of the same engagement, not two separate vendors.
