Do you build your websites using any visual composer plugins?
We design and develop custom themes from scratch for each of our clients using Figma for design and our own optimized boilerplate for coding. This gives us full control over every aspect of the process and makes it much easier to add any new functionalities as needed. For the layout stage, we use Elementor to create sections and modules.
Do you need us to have designs ready for our website?
No, we have our own design team, which makes collaboration easier, as developers and designers can work together from the start to ensure there are no surprises when the development phase begins. We also collaborate with agencies that have their own design teams and we develop the themes according to their needs.
How is the completed website handover looks like?
We give our clients a complete guide on how the website works and set up 1 walkthrough session so they can ask any questions and feel totally comfortable with everything.
What could happen if I recognize bugs on my website in a couple of weeks of use?
We have a detailed QA process, so situations like this are pretty rare. However, for those specific cases, we offer a 30-day warranty after GoLive to handle any bug fixes that might come up. We also recommend setting up a maintenance retainer to allocate resources for ongoing support. This ensures we can take care of WordPress and plugin updates, fix any bugs, and add new functionalities when needed.
When I have a desktop version of web site, shall I receive also a mobile version?
100% yes. Every website we build is designed for both desktop and mobile (and tablet, if needed). This ensures the site looks great on all devices, and our developers know exactly how to adjust modules that require a different approach on mobile.
Who owns the code base after the project is ready?
All of our clients fully own their code base. We ensure they have access to every document and repository related to the project, giving them complete freedom to manage and modify their websites however they wish once our work is done.
Will you publish my project on your site?
Yes, we are proud of our work and would love to showcase it on our site. If you’d prefer we don’t publish it, just let us know before you receive a quote. We’ll still mention that we collaborated with you and give credit for your contributions to the project.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, we consent to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements. We can be completely invisible to your clients if you wish.
